Made for the American commercial market, circa 1910, by DWM in Germany. American Eagle crest is present on the chamber, as is the DWM on the toggle. Export marked “GERMANY” on the front of the frame. Matching serials minus the grips. Side plate has been re-numbered 4-1/2″ barrel with blade front sight and v-notch rear. Original blue and straw finishes. Oiled, checkered wood grips. Includes wood bottom magazine (not numbered). CONDITION: Metal its very good overall. The side plate is forming a gray patina. Straw finished parts have about 70% finish. Grips have light wear to the checkering. Bright bore with very good rifling. Magazine is excellent, with light wear. C&R eligible.
