3rd variation gun, made circa mid war. This is an army (Wehrmacht/Heer) issued gun, with an “eagle/37” Waffenamt on the left side of the frame. “eagle/N” proofs on the right heel of the frame. No import or export marks found. Matching serials on the frame and slide. 3-1/4″ barrel with factory sights. original blued finish and checkered plastic grips. Includes an original blued steel magazine, being marked “CAL.7.65” on the base, in addition to a Sauer monogram. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with general wear and some light brown patina. Grips have light wear. Right grip is slightly loose. Bore is shiny with excellent rifling. Magazine has light finish wear. An honest, original gun for your collection! C&R eligible.
