Series 40 “Last Ditch” Japanese Type 99 Arisaka made at the Jinsen Arsenal in Korea. Mum is visible, but mostly defaced. No import marks found. Matching serials on the receiver and bolt/bolt components. 26″ barrel with standard Last Ditch sights. Blued finish and oiled wood stock. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with general wear. Machine marks visible, which is standard among Last Ditch rifles. Wood is very good overall, with a few minor scrapes, scratches and dents. Bore has lightly frosted grooves, retaining strong rifling. A good away to complete your last ditch collection, as Jinsens are typically the harder one to find! C&R eligible.
