Full Description
Made 1897 at the Steyr factory. “Wn 97” proof on the chamber. Never converted to 8X56MMR. No import marks found. Matching serials on the receiver and barrel. Most parts are marked “K” for Steyr. Unit marked “2PB/547″ on the top of the butt plate. 20” barrel with original sights. Original blued finish and oiled wood stock. Stock is duffle cut at the rear band. CONDITION: Metal is a natural brown patina throughout. Wood has minor impressions and scrapes. Bore is lightly frosted, with very good overall rifling. Antique, no FFL required in most areas.
