Made circa 1949 at the FMAP armory in Argentina. Slide is marked “MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR/POLICIA de los TERITORIOS NACIONALES”, meaning this gun was likely a interior police gun. No import marks found. Matching serials on the frame, barrel and slide. Blade front sight and u-notch rear. Blued finish and checkered brown plastic grips. Includes a blued steel Colt commercial 7 round magazine, and brown flat board box. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with a mixed brown patina. Grips are excellent overall. Bore is frosted, with good overall rifling. Magazine is excellent. Box has exterior wear. C&R eligible.
