Made pre WW1, circa 1912 at Steyr in Austria-Hungary. Originally chambered in 7MM, but arsenal converted to 7.62X51 circa 1960s. Nice crest on the chamber! Import mark on the barrel. Mismatched serial numbers. Nice “1912” dated cartouche on the left side of the stock. 29-1/2″ barrel with standard sights, original blued finish and oiled wood stock. Original cleaning rod.
