Made 1960s at the St. Etienne Arsenal. Arsenal reworked in 1971. Small import mark on the receiver. Matching serials on the frame, dust cover and bolt. Standard MLE 1949/56 sights, including the flip up grenade sights. Arsenal parkerized finish and oiled wood stock. Included original 10 round metal magazine and brown leather sling. CONDITION: Metal is excellent overall, as is the wood. Bore is lightly frosted, with very good overall rifling. Magazine and sling are excellent. A clean looking MAS 49-56 for your collection!
