Made 1953 at the Ishapore factory. Import marked on the left side of the receiver. Matching serials on the receiver, bolt, rear sight, magazine and nose cap. Standard sights. Wire wrapped for grenade launching use. Arsenal blued finish and oiled wood stock. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with finish loss and brown patina. Wood has handling marks, scrapes and scratches. Repair at the top of the comb. Bore is bright, with strong rifling. C&R eligible.
