Made 1898. 22″ barrel with pedestal blade front sight and “C” marked (0n base and ladder) 2000 yard rear ladder. Original blued finish. Wood has been lightly sanded/oiled. Original metal butt plate with trapdoor for cleaning tools (none inside). CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with honest wear and gray patina. Wood has handling marks, scrapes and scratches. Bore is lightly frosted, with good overall rifling. Saddle ring is absent. Antique, no FFL required in most places.
