Made circa WW1 and reworked during the 1920S/Weimar era. Unit marked “26.D.2.14.” on the front strap. Military proofs on the left side of the chamber. “GERMANY” marked on both sides of the frame. Matching serials on the numbered parts. 4″ barrel with original sights. Arsenal blue and straw finishes. Oil finished checkered wood grips. Includes two wood bottom magazines with nickel finished bodies (one is numbered but not matching) and an original tool (not matching). Also included is a “J.M.ECKART/ULM.” marked brown leather holster, dated “1913”. “2.D.R.26” unit marked on the front flap. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with honest wear, scratches and brown patina. Grips have light wear. Bore is frosted, with good overall rifling. Magazines and holster have light wear. A nice rig for your collection! C&R eligible.
